Would you agree that a greater number of ATTACHED single family homes are being sold in Sloan’s Lake compared to a year ago?  Well, the stats back this up. Take a look.  Here is a breakdown comparing 2014 to 2013 homes sold in Sloan’s Lake within various price ranges.

In 2013, 26 of the single family homes sold were an attached home, yet in 2014 there were 58 attached homes sold, double!  As equaling interesting is the fact that in 2013 only 3 attached homes were priced at $300k or higher compared to 34 attached homes selling at over $300k in 2014.  This definitely supports the trend we believe we are seeing while out and about in this fabulous neighborhood.

There is no doubt that our stunning Sloan’s Lake is a beautiful work in progress. Some neighbors might think this is sad, as so many homes have been scraped to support these two and three story duplexes.  It is becoming pretty normal to see that the average home in Sloan’s Lake just might be ½ of a duplex. And another staggering fact…17 detached homes were over $500k in 2014 vs only 1 above $500k in 2013.
