Again in 2015 there were 8 sales but this time totaling $6,488,123 at an average price of $811,015 (the past 3 month average is $860,535)
The takeaway…an average price increase of $119,265 or 28%!! The average $/sq ft sold in the Eisenhower neighborhood has been $263 over the past 3 months.
So on average, if you have a 3000 sq. ft home your home may have a market value in the upper $700K range!
