Three new listings came onto the market in December on University Hill area – two of which were under contract as of Dec. 31. Two of the new listings were income properties and one was a single family residence. There were only two listings in University Hill at December’s close – one commercial property, and one duplex property that sits yards away from busy Broadway. Four properties sold on University Hill in December with an average Days to Offer of 12 days. Two of the sold listings were income properties, one was a condo and one was a single family residence. Only one property sold on University Hill in December 2014. Everything seems to be desirable on University Hill – Condos, single family homes, and multi-unit properties have all gone under contract in under two weeks. The supply on University Hill is virtually non-existent – in turn we will continue to see a very competitive buyers market and prices therefore increasing on University Hill.
If you are a property owner on University Hill considering selling soon – go ahead and put it on the market even though it’s winter. You will get multiple offers if priced right.
