What types of homes are in Golden?

You can’t really describe Golden’s real estate market with one type of architecture. Both the styles of the homes and the amenities vary by the neighborhood, so if you prefer a certain kind of design or want a specific type of landscaping, ask your agent which subdivision would best fit your needs. Certain neighborhoods like Applewood Valley offer spacious multi-level homes perfect for families since they feature new fencing, outdoor decks, and an occasional tree house to play in.

Other neighborhoods like Golden Gate Canyon and Blue Mountain Estates feature luxury homes in a prime location. These multiple-acre lots allow you to have stunning views of the mountains, keep horses on your property, and grow berries and grapes on-site.
