I would like to announce the establishment of the “8z4Life” Support Fund.

Collectively, 8z Real Estate, 8z Mortgage, 8z Title and 8z Rentals have set aside $100,000 for 8z4Life. These funds will be used to help 8z team members and their clients get through the COVID-19 crisis.

Whether you work at an 8z company or you are an 8z Client, we are all part of The 8z Collective. A Collective that is committed to supporting every individual member.

In times like this, it is more important than ever to strengthen our community, and our commitment to each other has never been stronger.

As we endure and get through the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be members of The 8z Collective that need help. The 8z4Life fund will provide support for people that are facing financial challenges. The fund will be open to support clients of any 8z company that may find themselves in need. For 8z Clients, this fund is for housing needs related to COVID-19.

In addition, we will be offering our expertise to help navigate other housing-related relief that may be available, including mortgage forbearance, deferment, and forgiveness programs.

Together, the 8z Collective is here to support all of our members.
