    • Sled Hill

I believe the sled hill at the corner of Clover Basin and Grandview Meadows was the place to be and be seen today!
Looks like anybody and everybody with a sled was there!!

    • January 2016 Market Update for Clover Basin

      General Thoughts

      Happy New Year 2016!!

Can you all believe that we are already more than half way through January?  (yes, I’m serious!) Before we look ahead to see what the New Year may have in store, I think this is a good time to reflect on the past year 2015. Everyone has probably heard that Longmont and Colorado are hot markets.  It is a Seller’s market.  But what exactly does that mean??

It comes down to simple law of supply and demand.  Supply/inventory (# of properties available for sale) is down and demand (# of buyers looking to find a property) is up!  Just look at this comparison of number of homes sold in our neighborhood area in 2014 vs 2015…

    Hello Clover Basin Community!

It is getting cold outside, and as expected, our market is cooling off a tiny wee bit.
It’s just this time of year. After Halloween… everyone starts to realize that Thanksgiving is just around the corner and then it will be the Holiday season.

There are definitely still buyers interested in our SW Longmont location.
We had a total of 6 new listings in the month of October, and 5 of those are already under contract! The only one currently available is in Somerset Meadows and listed above $1,000,000. (not as many buyers fall into this category!)

  • Why I live in Clover Basin

Back when I first moved to the SW corner of Longmont 17 years ago, it had little to offer other than actual location. (and yes, I’m speaking of proximity to Boulder)
    But now….

I LOVE living where I live! This little corner of Longmont has blossomed into one of the premier locations in not only Longmont, but Boulder County. Our community has so much to offer, it is hard to list it all! (and get ready, I am going to attempt to list it all now!!)

Open space, walking paths, great schools, coffee shops (Que’s), restaurants (Protos, Sakura), pubs (Cyclhops), Farmers Market, Whole Foods (opening soon), state of the art movie theater (opening soon), breweries (Longmont now has 7), sky-diving, and… much much more!

I have to admit… with so much to do right here in my backyard, I don’t go to Boulder as much any more!
