    • Neighborhood Traditions

Do you have a neighborhood tradition this time of year or one that you attend in the area? Our family LOVES the winter tradition that our Summit View Estates HOA provides. In December we have a festive weekend wrapped with a carriage ride, Santa, treats, neighborly cheer and an occasional reindeer! There’s also a holiday home tour for neighbors to share their pride of seasonal decor. What’s better than the gathering of good people, the grass roots of it, strolling the neighborhood. Happy Holidays!
