Currently there are 3 active listings in Old Town Louisville and 3 that are under contract. This month was on par with the previous 3 months with 5 new houses becoming active in the market at any given time. With the summer winding down normally we would see a seasonal slow down, but since it has been so beautiful out that shift hasn’t happened as of yet. Here
Price per sq ft has increased significantly from approximately $250 to $326 in the last 6 months! Louisville remains on the sellers side of the market with low inventory which doesn’t seem to be letting up anytime in the foreseeable future.
I live in Louisville because I get the best of both worlds. Louisville is close to the mountains with panoramic, killer views, easy access to hiking trails and access to the outdoors, all while being 30 minutes from the best the city/Denver has to offer such as concerts, sporting events and a vibrant downtown community. The town of Louisville has the added benefits of being small enough that you know your neighbors. You can walk to the downtown area, and there are so many activities you can never be bored. I love it in Louisville!
