    • January 2016 Market Update for Cherry Hills Village

      December 2015 in Cherry Hills Village closed out strong with 12 Closings and median price of $1,550,000. Beautiful 19 Sunset was a pocket listing (not publicly marketed) that closed in December at $5,960,000, directly impacting the closed averages for the month. On a fun note, 2950 Cherryridge Road in the Cherryridge neighborhood was featured in Colorado Homes & Lifestyles “The BIG Redsign” January/February 2016 and closed this past December as well. The kitchen and dining room photo is featured on the cover.

    • Infographic: December 2015 Market Update for Cherry Hills Village

      November’s Cherry Hills Village average sold price (derived from 11 closings) dipped slightly to $1,423,318. The highest priced closed for November was 29 Foxtail Circle at $2.8M and lowest was 5801 S Happy Canyon Drive at $675,000. Ironically both were on market for roughly 120 days, the longest days on market for all 11 homes that closed. The average DOM for the month was 46 and the average sold PSF Above grade was $377.00, which is a 13.5% increase from this same time frame last year.

    • Holiday Tree Lighting Tradition in the Village Center

      Last Friday was another great night of the Mayor’s annual tree lighting ceremony in the CHV Village Center. The kids enjoyed face painting, hay rides, train rides, free cookies, hot chocolate, and chili. The line to meet Santa was long this year, but so worth it to see the smiles from the neighborhood kids!
