And as a buyer’s representative, I can literally show buyers everything and offer professional opinions on all listings in Boulder County, including every home on the MLS, private market opportunities, new builds and For Sale by Owner (FSBO) properties.
I help clients identify the perfect home for their individual needs in size, design, price range, location and neighborhood. And then I’ll write the contract and simplify price and terms, contingencies, earnest money, inclusions/exclusions, possession, additional provisions, inspections, appraisal and title issues.
My coordination between professional contacts helps secure the purchase: lenders, insurance agents, title companies, inspectors, etc. And in regards to client protection, I help obtain (and explain) seller’s disclosures, inspections and property warranties.
