98 Pima and 235 Pawnee have sitting on the market well over the average amount of time considering the low supply and high demand for homes. Both of these are homes are offer plenty of square footage and five bedrooms. 98 Pima is located at the back of a cul-de-sac in Pawnee Meadows. The floor plan and proximity to US36 may be factors holding up a contract. 235 Pawnee is part of the Navajo Court community that features great amenities including a private park, pool & tennis courts. Although priced right based on square footage, the lack of a larger yard and views may warrant a price reduction to get it under contract.
Six homes of the sold homes were in Baseline North. The prices ranged from $425,000 to $575,000. There were no sales in October.
We should see at least one sale in November, however, because there are two Baseline north homes on the market and one of them is under contract. Go to http://www.iresis.com/cwa/link/listings?llid=tf08sp to see these properties. The one home that’s not yet under contract is 4180 Evans – a super cute ranch style home with very nice upgrades that backs to neighborhood greenbelt space. It’s priced at $699,900 – over $100,000 higher than the highest sale in 2015 of $580,000.
