    Autumn is consistently the time of year when I feel most grateful to live in Colorado.  I find I’m thinking about how lucky I am to live where there’s so much natural beauty.  Whether in the mountains, on the trails or walking around the neighborhood, I am often in awe of this place we call home.  It’s no wonder so many people from around the world want to make Colorado their home. With many buyers coming to Colorado and into Boulder County, the market continues to favor sellers.  It’s simple supply and demand.  We’re seeing the low inventory continue to result in multiple offers with many homes. As we head into the fourth quarter, the seasonality of real estate in Colorado will slowly shift the market to be a bit more balanced between buyers and sellers.

    Buyers looking to move to the Baseline neighborhoods have only a few choices at this time.  There are six homes on the market in the south side of Baseline and three of those are currently under contract.     Based on sales in July, August & September – Baseline South home sale prices ranged from $574,500 to $1,044,000.

    Based on sales in July, August & September – Baseline North home sale prices ranged from $380,000 to $575,000.
