The average ppsf was $429, and the average days to offer was 53 days. Homes that are priced under $1,500,000 are still going under contract quickly. For August, 2 homes were priced under $1,500,000 and the average days to offer for those homes was 4 days. Homes that are priced over $1,500,000 are taking a little longer to go under contract. There were 2 homes that sold in August that were priced over $1,500,000 and the average days to offer for those homes was 104 days. The demand for homes in this neighborhood is still high, and supply seems to be shrinking. There have been only about 7-10 homes to choose from at any given time over the past couple of months.
