When working with sellers, I pride myself on superior communication. Everyone enjoys a different level of communication and I like to find out what my Sellers expectations are and then exceed them. Since I have owned a retail store that focuses on interior design and decorating, I like to take my expertise gained at the Atlanta and New York shows and expand that into the presentation of the home that is for sale. If my clients are selling a ranch, it is an easy transition for me since I own Quarter Horses and I know what fellow equestrians are looking for.
