The 2016 real estate market for the Eisenhower neighborhoods is off to a nice start.
What our market needs is homes for sale. The month of January isn’t the typical time of year to see a lot of new properties for sale though. There were 2 new listings in January (both of which are now under-contract).

Although this time of year we are typically low on inventory of homes for sale I was encouraged to see 5 closed transactions/sales in January this year (last January 2015 there were only 2).
