Chef Troy Guard is opening another restaurant, replacing the Sunnyside Burger Bar and opening a second location for, “TAG Burger Bar”.  It is expected to open it’s doors on January 21st, at 3759 Lipan Street. Â
The Menu will be similar to the other TAG burger bar, including popular items like the (house-cured) pastrami nachos; daily specials, mac-n-cheese with Cheez-Its and Goldfish crackers, and deep fried Oreos.
Sushi Ronin in LoHi is now open! They are using a new concept: “omakase-forward,”which means guests are encouraged to put their trust in the hands of the chef. Try it out this weekend!
Sales in Lower Highlands remain strong and consistent month-over-month, with just slightly fewer sold listings in April (21) than in March (24). At the low end of these sales, a lot with a small home in need of scraping was sold at $250,000.
